MEDITATION

No matter who it is, a person who knows how to concentrate and focus can do his given duty better than others.

Concentrating and focusing means to put the mind into one place, thus a person who has strong ability to concentrate can always do his work better than others, no matter what kind of work it is.

At the same time he is so creative that he will progress in his work much more than others.

No matter what kind of a situation or job he has, he always builds up his own ability with no fears or insecurity. He just does his work sincerely and wholeheartedly, which brings good results and success. He becomes a needed person for others. A person who is not able to concentrate and focus is just the opposite. He does things in a very complicated manner, tries to use the mind in all different ways, and cannot even accomplish one task correctly. As a result, people always complain about him.

Even when we practice, if a person has a strong concentration mind, his practice will deepen and he can make himself clear.

A negative person whose mind is not good has very little ability to concentrate because whatever thinking appears in his mind always turns in a negative direction, and a negative thought is always much more complicated than a positive thought. He follows that negative thought and then he has to cover up that negative thought. He uses the mind unnecessarily, so his mind is scattered around everywhere. Because of his scattered mind, he cannot concentrate in one place correctly.

If one’s mind is always busy, it is difficult to focus.

When we meditate, do not forget these words: like a cat looking for a rat to come out of its hole, if one has that mind of concentrating and focusing, one can accomplish anything. With that concentrated and focused mind ask yourself: Who am I? What am I? What is this?

What I am teaching you is not new. You heard about it before in either this or a past life. This daily teaching is simply to remind us so that we can be clear and live correctly in this and future lives. Believing this teaching is entirely the decision of the one who reads it. In addition, applying one’s own concept to this teaching is the choice of the reader himself or herself.
